Welcome to The Maze Online
Many people recognise the importance of 'Safe Space' for Children on The Autistic Spectrum,
a place where they feel safe to share their anxieties, have timeout and be themselves, a
place where no one makes judgements about who they are or how they live.
Everyone needs a safe space. The Maze is a safe space for parents.

We also provide specific services for the siblings and Dadz with established groups for both.

The Maze is managed and staffed by volunteers, all of whom have family members on The
Autistic Spectrum.

At The Maze our mission is to empower parents, through positive support and training to
recognise their strengths and increase their confidence, which in turn will strengthen their
relationships with their children and promote positive parenting.

At The Maze we are also dedicated to increasing the awareness of autism in the community
as we believe that in the long term this will have a positive effect for the families we work
with.

Based in Arnold Nottinghamshire,  we provide a drop
in service for parents, carers and grandparents of
children on The Autistic Spectrum.
At present we are working with over 200 families
across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire

The Maze aims to be an open door project
where parents can drop in and receive
information and support, in a caring, relaxing,
friendly environment where they feel safe to
share and celebrate their special
children.
The Maze is passionate about ensuring that you get as many opportunities as possible to have your say
about the services that work with you and your families. Our Parents Say forum is a place for you to share
